Roast Beef Recipe
Ingredients
- Beef
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Paprika
Tools
- Oven
- Oven thermometer
- Baking String
Preparation
- Cut of all pieces of the mean that are not fat, but tendons. (keep as much fat as possible)
- Roll the meat on the long side, to create a sort of arch.
- Use baking string to tie the arch into a tight packing
- Cover each side in a lot of salt, black pepper and paprika
- Put into a baking container
Baking
- Insert the baking thermometer into the larger piece if you have more than 1
- Set the alarm for 52 degrees Celsius
- Put into oven on 90 degrees Celsius
- Cover the container in which you put the meet with aluminum foil
- Once the alarm goes off, take the meat out
- The temperature will keep rising even when outside, re-set the thermometer to 57 degrees.
- Once the alarm goes off you can start cutting the meat
